The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute projects while balancing scope, schedule, resources, quality, and business objectives.\nThis individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn and drive cross-functional technical projects from initiation through implementation and closure.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, budgets, risk registers, and mitigation plans.\nFacilitate project meetings, technical reviews, engineering reviews, and stakeholder updates.\nCoordinate execution across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, service, regulatory, and other functional teams.\nMonitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and success criteria.\nIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution and escalation when needed.\nSupport engineering change orders (ECOs), product lifecycle management activities, sustaining engineering initiatives, new product introductions (NPI), cost reduction efforts, supply continuity programs, and end-of-life initiatives.\nTrack and communicate milestones, decisions, action items, and project status to stakeholders and leadership.\nMaintain project documentation in accordance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.\nDevelop dashboards, metrics, and portfolio reporting to support governance and data-driven decision-making.\nDrive continuous improvement to strengthen project delivery, operational efficiency, business processes, and product quality.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience leading technical, engineering, operational, manufacturing, or product-related projects.\nWorking knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including project planning, schedule management, risk management, and status reporting.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into actionable recommendations.\nEffective written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.\nDemonstrated ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in life sciences, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, or another regulated industry.\nFamiliarity with product lifecycle management (PLM), engineering change control, design controls, or quality systems.\nExperience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Planisware, Smartsheet, Asana, or equivalent platforms.\nKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Hybrid, Kanban, or Scrum methodologies.\nPMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certification.\nAdditional Information\nAll listed requirements are deemed essential functions of this position. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. The range reflects long-term growth in the role; therefore, most candidates are hired between the minimum and middle of the range. Placement depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
