drive the end-to-end designs for utility scale solar/BESS projects (20MW+), while also collaborating closely with cross functional teams to ensure on time delivery of high quality, fully compliant and comprehensive project solutions.\nWhat can you expect as Electrical Engineer?\nYou'll own the designing of utility solar PV systems and delivering complete design packages.\nYou'll review requirements and select and/or recommend specifications of major components.\nYou'll closely collaborate with the project managers, enabling them to effectively communicate with our customers, utility companies/contractors, administrative/government agencies etc.\nYou'll assist with responding to RFPs, conduct feasibility studies as needed.\nYou'll be innovative and proactive in providing solutions/solution approaches.\nYou'll perform other duties and special projects as assigned, while working with other teams to ensure clients’ needs and internal deadlines are met.\nEssential Qualifications include:\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in electrical engineering\n6-10 years of experience in designing utility scale PV/BESS projects (20MW or higher).\nExperience with yield estimation, creating layouts, SLDs and electrical calculations.\nExperience/familiarity with load flow, short circuit, arc flash & interconnections studies.\nProficiency in creating site layouts, electrical system design, yield estimation etc. \nKnowledge of IEEE, IS, IEC, NEC and other standards for design of solar PV systems as well as with regulatory approvals and associated processes. \nExpertise in technical aspects of Solar Modules, Inverters, mounting systems & BoS. \nAbility to work under minimal supervision and resolve issues independently based on project/company standards.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nProven record of good judgment and analytical skills.\nAbility to effectively communicate with engineering, construction, and customer facing teams.\nGreat to have:\nExperience in working with AutoCAD, PVsyst etc. \nPrior experience with ETAP, PSCAD is an added advantage.\nExperience with executing utility scale projects in North
