This position is open to mid-level and senior profiles who enjoy ownership, high-quality engineering, and working on real production systems.\nTasks\nBuild and maintain backend services in Laravel 12 (business logic, APIs, integrations) \nBuild and maintain frontend features in Vue 3 (components, state, UX details, responsiveness) \nConnect frontend and backend via REST APIs (auth flows, validation, error handling) \nContribute to architecture and codebase quality (clean code, modularity, maintainability) \nImprove performance where it matters (database queries, caching when appropriate, profiling) \nCollaborate with product and engineering to define and deliver features end-to-end \nParticipate in code reviews and help maintain strong quality standards \nPropose improvements to systems and processes as the team grows\nRequirements\nProfessional experience in full-stack web development (mid-level or senior) \nStrong PHP skills and solid experience with Laravel \nStrong knowledge of Vue 3 (Composition API) and component-based thinking \nSolid understanding of HTML/CSS and UX fundamentals (not just “it works”) \nExperience integrating with REST APIs and common web flows (auth, forms, errors) \nConfident working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL) and basic query optimization \nComfortable with a team workflow using Git + PRs + code reviews \nWillingness to work fully on-site in Mostar and collaborate closely with the team \nStrong problem-solving mindset and focus on quality and stability\nNice-to-have:\nDocker, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices\nRedis / queues / background jobs (when relevant)\nTesting experience (PHPUnit/Pest, Cypress/Playwright/Vitest or similar)\nExperience working on SaaS products or higher-traffic
