You will combine operational supply management, risk mitigation, cross-functional leadership, and people development to ensure business continuity and support iLOQ's growth.\nAs part of the Sourcing organization, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Program Management, R&D, EMS partners, and suppliers.\nYour responsibilities include:\nEnsuring material availability and supply continuity and driving recovery actions in critical supply situations\n\nIdentifying and mitigating supply risks and ensuring EMS material readiness\n\nSupporting new product introductions, ramp-ups and ramp-downs, engineering changes, and other business-critical transitions\n\nImproving supply visibility, decision-making, processes, and ways of working\n\nLeading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring effective coordination between Supply Assurance and Category Sourcing\n\nDriving the practical use of AI, analytics, and digital solutions to improve risk management, forecasting, operational efficiency, and decision-making.\n\nYou will also play a key role in shaping and developing iLOQ's Supply Assurance organization. The role includes leadership and people development responsibilities, providing direction, coaching, and prioritization while building capabilities, accountability, and effective ways of working.\nAs our Supply Assurance operating model evolves, you will have the opportunity to influence the future structure, capabilities, and leadership of the function.\nWhat you'll bring\nWe believe that an ideal candidate has:\nA relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree\n\n5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Operations, or Supplier Management\n\nStrong experience in manufacturing supply chains, supplier operations, material availability, shortage management, and supply risk management, including working with EMS partners and global suppliers\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and lead resolution of business-critical supply situations\n\nExperience in leadership and people development, as well as leading cross-functional initiatives through collaboration and influence\n\nA clear, calm, and fact-based leadership style and the ability to make decisions under pressure\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills in English\n\nA structured, proactive, and results-oriented way of working\n\nExperience using ERP systems, data and analytics, digital tools, AI-supported solutions, or process automation to improve supply chain performance and decision-making\n\nWillingness to travel when required.\n\nWhat you'll get\nWe offer you a workplace within a collaborative and forward-thinking company culture.
