If you want to do the best work of your career in legal tech, we'd love to build with you.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a Data Analyst to turn ProVision usage, support and customer data into clear reporting that helps our Customer Support and Customer Success teams target training and increase adoption across our customer firms.This is a hands-on, analytical role, working closely with Customer Support, Customer Success, Product and the founders.\nYou'll have the opportunity to build ILS's reporting on how customers use ProVision from the ground up, and your analysis will shape where the team spends its time.\nAs ILS continues to grow, the role is likely to develop too, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, bringing ideas and getting involved.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nSupport and adoption reporting\nTrack support ticket volume, themes and response times by firm and by user.\nBuild and maintain adoption dashboards for each customer firm.\nIdentify firms, teams and users who would benefit from targeted training or support.\nProduce regular reporting for the Customer Support and Customer Success teams.\nProduct usage analysis\nAnalyse product usage data to understand how funds teams use ProVision day to day.\nWork with Product to define and track the metrics that matter.\nCarry out ad hoc analysis for the founders and team leads.\nData quality and tooling\nKeep customer and support data accurate and consistent across our systems, including Zendesk, HubSpot and Amplitude.\nAutomate recurring reports so the team spends less time compiling them.\nDocument metric definitions so everyone works from the same numbers.\nWorking with the wider team\nWork closely with Customer Support, Customer Success, Product and the founders.\nShare ideas and contribute to wider company priorities.\nHelp improve processes and ways of working as the business grows.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who is curious, precise and able to explain data in plain terms, and comfortable working in a growing business where things are still being built.You'll ideally have:\nAt least 2 years' experience in a data or analytics role, ideally in a SaaS business.\nStrong SQL and spreadsheet skills.\nExperience with a BI or product analytics tool, such as Amplitude, Looker or Power BI.\nThe ability to turn analysis into clear, practical recommendations.\nClose attention to detail and a habit of checking your numbers.\nClear written and verbal communication with non-technical colleagues.\nIt would be great if you also have:Experience in legal tech or professional services.\nPython or another scripting language for data work.\nExperience with Zendesk or HubSpot data.\nAn interest in private investment funds or fund formation.\nYou don't need to tick every box.
