If you want to do the best work of your career in legal tech, we'd love to build with you.\nRequirements\n2-3 years of relevant experience.\nA 2:1 or First-Class degree (no preference regarding university).\nPrevious experience as a Funds or Knowledge Management Paralegal.\nExperience working with US law firms and Magic Circle Delivery Centres.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Development\nJoin calls with the Head of Product Development and Head of Growth.\nAttend product demonstrations with prospective customers.\nParticipate in weekly meetings with existing customers.\nRecord feature requests and gather product feedback.\nSoftware Development Management\nWork closely with the Head of Product / Product Owner.\nHelp prioritise customer requests.\nEnsure the team meets deadlines for feature delivery.\nAssist with testing new features and bug fixes.\nPrototype new features for customers and gather feedback.\nAnalytics\nPrepare weekly and monthly analytics reports for customers.\nSummarise platform reports into clear, actionable insights.\nKnowledge Management\nDraft and distribute release notes for each platform version, covering new features and bug fixes.\nMaintain and update Confluence (the internal development wiki) with information on new features and customer settings.\nUpdate the customer-facing guidebook when new features are released.\nAssist with creating tutorial videos and customer-facing overviews.\nIn-House Legal Support\nAssist the legal team with managing internal deadlines and tasks related to:NDA reviews.\nCommercial contract reviews.\nEmployment contracts.\nGeneral corporate matters.\nA Little More About ILS\nWe're still growing, which means things can move quickly and not everything will always be perfectly defined.We value people who take ownership, communicate clearly, ask questions and are willing to get involved.
