If you want to do the best work of your career in legal tech, we’d love to build with you.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer with strong Python expertise to build and maintain stable, scalable automated test frameworks.\nYou will work closely with Agile development teams, integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, analyze failures and identify root causes, and continuously improve test reliability and overall product quality.\nQA Automation Tech Stack\nFrameworks: Playwright, pytest\n\nReporting: Allure3\n\nTest management: Xray, Testomat\n\nCI/CD: GitHub Actions\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDeveloping and maintaining automated BDD UI tests (Playwright).\n\nExpanding API test coverage.\n\nWriting schema validation and contract tests.\n\nIntegrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.\n\nWorking closely with manual QA Engineers, Developers, PMs, and DevOps Engineers.\n\nImproving automation reliability and reducing flaky tests.\n\nMust-Have Requirements\n6-7+ years of hands-on experience as an Automation QA Engineer.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Python for test automation.\n\nProven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable automated test frameworks.\n\nSolid understanding of test automation best practices, test architecture, and QA processes.\n\nGood understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows.\n\nStrong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze test failures and quickly identify root causes.\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development teams and collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps.\n\nStrong focus on test stability, maintainability, and overall product quality.\n\nEnglish at a level (B2+) sufficient for daily communication with the team.\n\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience with cloud environments (AWS).\n\nExperience with performance testing (Locust)\n\nExperience with metrics(Grafana)\n\nEqual Opportunities\nILS is committed to providing an inclusive and fair recruitment process.
