If you want to do the best work of your career in legal tech, we’d love to build with you.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex products and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, bringing structure and clarity to delivery while maintaining the speed and flexibility needed in a fast-paced environment.You will manage multiple priorities, support effective Agile practices, and use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and reporting dashboards to ensure visibility, alignment, and successful delivery.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nOwn and oversee the full product delivery lifecycle from ideation through to release and post-launch optimisation.\nCollaborate with the Founders, Business Analyst, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and priorities.\nManage delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple teams or workstreams.\nDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes and practices.\nFacilitate and optimise Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\nEnsure predictable and sustainable sprint delivery through effective capacity planning and backlog refinement.\nCoach teams on Agile principles, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nDefine, track, and analyse key delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, lead time, burn-down/burn-up charts).\nUse data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.\nProvide transparent and regular reporting to stakeholders on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes.\nFacilitate decision-making by providing data, insights, and recommendations.\nBuild strong relationships across business and technology teams.\nFacilitate retrospectives to reflect on the team’s processes and drive continuous improvement.\nRegularly run demos to showcase the team’s progress and results to Founders, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.\nMust-Have Requirements\n6+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, or similar roles within technology or product environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid frameworks, with expertise in sprint planning, backlog refinement, capacity planning, and Agile ceremonies.\nProven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end delivery of complex products or platforms.\nStrong experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, QA, and other business functions.\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, dependencies, risks, and blockers in a fast-paced environment while keeping teams focused on agreed outcomes.\nExperience defining and using delivery metrics, including velocity, cycle time, lead time, and burn-down/burn-up, to improve delivery performance and predictability.\nAdvanced knowledge of Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence, including delivery tracking, dashboards, and reporting.\nGood understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.\nExperience working in a fast-growing or scale-up environment.\nEnglish at B2+ level, sufficient for written documentation and effective day-to-day communication with teams and stakeholders.\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience working in a LegalTech, FinTech, or SaaS environment.\nExperience managing delivery across multiple engineering teams or product streams.\nPersonal Attributes\nHighly organised and able to bring clarity and structure to complex, fast-moving environments without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.\nStrong communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and provides clear visibility into progress, risks, Engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams.\nData-driven and improvement-focused, using metrics and insights to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve delivery.\nComfortable balancing structure, speed, and flexibility while supporting innovation and effective team collaboration.\nHow We Work\nWe work in Scrum, with several development teams working on the same platform.\nAll requirements are documented in Confluence, and all work items are tracked in Jira.\nRequirements are reviewed before refinement, so the development team receives requirements that are already complete and translates them into technical solutions to shape the development plan.\nThe BA stays with the feature from the first analysis until release and is the person the team asks when behaviour is unclear.\nWe use AI tools in our own daily work, and we build AI functionality into the product.\nWhat Success Looks Like After Three Months\nYou have a clear understanding of our teams, products, delivery processes, and key dependencies.\nYou are confidently managing delivery across multiple teams and workstreams, keeping priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies visible.\nDelivery blockers and risks are identified early, communicated clearly, and actively resolved.\nTeams have clear, practical delivery processes that improve predictability without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.\nStakeholders have clear visibility into delivery progress, priorities, and potential risks.\nYou have identified opportunities to improve our delivery processes and have already started
