This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Dublin campus, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with working hours scheduled between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Remote work is not available for this position.\nJob Duties:\nThe duties of this position include, but are not limited to:\nStudent Advising\nProvide front-line support and guidance to international students throughout their study journey. \nSupport students on academic programs, timetables, progression options, and general course enquiries. \nSupport students with required documentation for immigration registration and Irish bank account setup. \nAssist students with cultural adjustment and integration into life in Ireland. \nRespond to student enquiries via email, phone, and in person in a professional and timely manner. \nMaintain accurate student records while ensuring compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements. \nSupport with academic team to ensure a positive student experience. \nSupport student welfare by identifying issues early and referring students toappropriate services when needed. \n\nAssist with student orientation, events, and on-campus activities. \nPromote a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive campus environment.\nOperations Support\nSupport operations manager, system, processes \nProvide accurate and timely information to students via phone, email, and in person \nRespond to student questions and concerns, resolving issues where possible orreferring students to the correct team \n\nAssist the Student Services Manager and Academic team with assignedadministrative and operational tasks \n\nAttend staff meetings and training sessions as assigned\nOther duties as assigned\nEssential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:\nExperience working in an international school/college \nDemonstrated customer service skills \nOutstanding organizational skills \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills \nExcellent technical skills (database, Microsoft 365) \nA passion for education and sensitivity to the cultural and language issues facing ouroverseas students \n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team \nFluency in written and spoken English is a must \nSecond language is a big plus (i.e. Spanish/Portuguese) to support students \nContact Information:\nWhile we thank all applicants, only those who are shortlisted will be contacted.\nAbout ILSC, ELS, Greystone College & Greystone Institute\nA world leader in language education & vocational training, ILSC Education Group, which opened its first language school in Vancouver, Canada in 1991 and Greystone College in 2002, offers life-changing educational experiences in Canada, Australia, Ireland and India, some of the world’s most attractive and popular English-speaking work and study destinations.
