Ultimately, this role is key in advancing our mission to provide exceptional services through cutting-edge technology. This position requires strong technical expertise combined with proven people management skills to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in application development.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nMinimum 7 years of progressive software development experience with at least three years in a leadership role.\nProven track record of successfully managing software development projects from conception through deployment, including lead and mentor development teams.\nStrong technical proficiency in modern development languages such as C#, SQL, Angular, etc. and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and software development lifecycle management.\nRelevant experience may substitute for educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.\nExperience developing cloud-based applications with background in healthcare technology, digital health, or member-facing applications.\nFamiliarity with healthcare regulatory requirements including HIPAA compliance and data security standards.\nExperience with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.\nKnowledge of API development, microservices architecture, and modern web technologies.\nResponsibilities\nDemonstrates commitment to Our Mission and models ILS Experience Standards of Excellence.\nLead and manage teams of software developers and analysts, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development support.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.\nEstablish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes across the development team.\nMonitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.\nParticipate in architecture and design reviews, providing technical guidance and ensuring scalability and maintainability.\nManage resource allocation, sprint planning, and prioritization of development work across multiple projects.\nStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and development tools to drive
