year-for-year basis. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related discipline.\nFamiliarity with federal and state health care regulations and funding mechanisms.\nDemonstrated success in securing grants and managing multi-year funded programs.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, implement, and monitor program plans to achieve defined health care and social assistance objectives.\nManage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.\nLead proposal development efforts to secure funding from government agencies, foundations, and other sources.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to support program activities and resolve operational challenges.\nCreate tools to track
