Ultimately, this role supports innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery through advanced Salesforce technologies.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.\nProven experience working within the healthcare industry.\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud.\nExperience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g. eSignature, APIs).\nFamiliarity with healthcare data standards.\nRelevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.\nExperience with cloud platforms in healthcare environments.\nKnowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards.\nExperience with Agile and DevOps methodologies in Salesforce projects.\nSalesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect, Health Cloud Consultant or Integration Architecture Designer.\nResponsibilities:\nDemonstrate commitment to Our Mission and models ILS Experience Standards of Excellence.\nDevelop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce applications and components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components tailored to healthcare workflows.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nFollow best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment within the healthcare context.\nIntegrate Salesforce with electronic health records (EHR), member management systems, and other healthcare applications.\nMaintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.\nConduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce environments.\nStay current with Salesforce platform updates and healthcare industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.\nPerform data updates / extracts using Salesforce CLI or other similar tools.\nPerform other duties as
