Main Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and registering visiting clients, managing personnel access.
2. Receiving and distributing office supplies.
3. Receiving and distributing express deliveries and materials, managing meeting rooms.
4. Supervising and maintaining the environment of public areas and providing daily administrative assistance.
Requirements:
1. Education: College degree or above
2. English: CET-4
