This position will handle all the administration for Concur and PNC Invoice Automation solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervise AP staff and provide training to AP and field personnel\nEnsure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in job assignments and procedures\nAdministrate the PNC AP workflow/invoice automation system and Concur T&E system\nProcess weekly Concur reports for ADP reimbursement and GL entry\nIntegrate newly acquired locations into the company’s AP process and provide training\nMonitor AP invoice workflow for errors and bottlenecks\nTroubleshoot and resolve system-related issues\nReview and approve weekly cash requirements and weekly check run\nMaintain recurring expenses including building rents, leases, and other recurring payments\nMaintain electronic vendor master file including new vendor setup and W9 verification\nPost weekly AP journal entries and completes the monthly AP close\nReview vendor statements to ensure all invoices have been received and processed on timely basis\nDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and field locations\nRespond to vendor and field telephone/email requests within 24 hours\nAdministrate the Corporate PNC credit card program\nReview PNC card expenses in Concur and reconcile monthly charges\nAnnual 1099 mailing and filing of 1096 reports\nComplete credit applications\nComplete special projects and reporting as needed\nCollaborate with the Finance Team to support overall department goals and objectives\nContinuously improve the overall workflow of the AP process\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & Experience:\nExperience:\n10+ years progressively responsible experience, including management experience\nDegree in accounting or finance\nExperience in a multi-site/multi-entity organization required\nExperience with 1099 filing required\nExperience with Concur preferred\nExperience with an automated AP workflow system preferred\nQualifications:\nStrong technical acumen and ability to administer a variety of online applications\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to interact with all levels of employees and leadership\nSolid computer skills and experience with computerized ledger systems\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite\nStrong problem solving and analytical skills\nAbility to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while performing with a high degree of accuracy\nAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to function well in a team-oriented environment\nAbility to work onsite at Corporate office at least 50% of time\nCompany Values & Benefits\nRequired Competencies:\nBe Respectful: Value all we come in contact with\nBe Remarkable: Create a positive moment with every interaction\nBe Safe: Keep ourselves and those around us safe\nBe Honest: Be guided by truthfulness in all we do \nBenefits:\nWeekly pay\nMedical, Dental, Vision \nPet, Legal, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance \n401k (match)\nPaid Time Off Package\nPaid Parental Leave\nTuition Reimbursement \nReferral Program\nGreat company culture\nCollaborative team environment \nEOE / Drug-Free Workplace\nWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
