With one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry - 97% - ImageFIRST is dedicated to improving patient satisfaction and making staff happy with our white glove service!\nCheck out our company page: https://www.imagefirst.com/company/\nResponsibilities & Qualifications\nRESPONSABILITIES:\nOversee all local HR requirements in partnership with the leadership team, including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Associate Engagement, Community Giving, Recruiting, Safety/Compliance, and some Payroll and Benefits responsibilities.\nCollaborate with the Corporate Human Resources team to ensure alignment.\nMaintain confidentiality of business and personnel information.\nManage local payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll Manager, utilizing Dayforce for Time and Attendance Programs.\nHandle new hire, termination, and payroll change paperwork for all employees.\nRecruit and hire production associate workers.\nCoordinate and execute employee engagement activities and maintain the local Community Giving program.\nAdminister benefits, including disseminating benefit packets and assisting with Benefits Open Enrollment\nResponsible for all Leave of Absence administration, including FMLA, PLOA and MLOA, as well as on-site coordinator for Workers Comp filings.\nAssist in the compliance and posting requirements of our safety program with the Leadership Team \nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nPreferably bilingual Spanish\nMinimum of 5 years' of experience overseeing Human Resources\nMinimum of High School Diploma.
