Volunteer in your community and we will pay for that too.\nA Bit About The Role\nThe Regional Office & Facilities Administrator will hold primary responsibility for several sites in the region including Toronto. Based in our Toronto site, general duties include reception, vendor relationships, general office support, and administering environmental health & safety programs and practices.\nCover reception desk, including switchboard calls, meet & greet of visitors and mail management\nOversee the day to day facilities management of Toronto and other sites in region\nBuild and maintain robust relationships with facilities related vendors to ensure operational excellence\nAchieve cost savings through maximizing utilization of preferred vendors and by identifying additional efficiency opportunities, consistent with the business needs\nHelp develop and implement innovative programs, processes and projects that aim to reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity or longevity\nEnsure all sites are well maintained to comply with local Insurance and Health and Safety Regulations\nEffectively manage critical incidents and planned site shut downs to ensure business operations are not negatively impacted\nSupport the Head of Global Real Estate & Facilities Management with projects in the region as instructed \nManage staffing, development, performance and outcomes of assigned team reporting to the position (where applicable)\nWilling to travel when required\nProvide administrative support and other duties as required\nAbout You\nUnderstanding of Occupational Safety & Health Administration regulations\nWorking knowledge of building systems and associated maintenance\nWorking knowledge of critical environments such as data centers / IT labs\nBudgetary experience\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to time manage and prioritize effectively with little direct supervision\nAbility to apply initiative, confidence and a proactive approach to problem solving and resolutions\nFlexible and able to operate in a dynamic environment\nStrong interpersonal and negotiating skills\nAbility to use good judgment and discretion with sensitive subject matter (i.e., uphold a strict level of confidentiality at all times)\nProficient in Microsoft Office suite\nStrong oral and written communication\nPrevious multi-site facilities management experience desirable\nCelebrating difference, together stronger\nAt Imagine Communications, we don’t just accept difference - we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our customers, our employees, our products, and our communities.
