track record of championing quality engineering, and be adamant that all code is written in a way that can be tested with unit tests.\nHave experience working with high-performing teams using Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks.\nHave the ability to adapt to new technologies and changing project requirements.\nHave skills in mentoring, coaching, and providing constructive feedback to team members.\nHave the capability to align technical decisions with business goals to drive innovation within the team.\nCare about your craft and have opinions about the right way to do things with technology.\n\nPreferred Experience: \nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline is highly desirable.\nExperience with AI (GenAI, Azure/OpenAI APIs, Machine Learning).\nExperience working on Design Systems.\nPrevious work experience in digital advertising.\nExperience working with vendor teams to deliver high-quality results.\nExperience building
