This role is critical to understanding the power of our data and how we can leverage insights to directly impact patient care. You will: \n\nCommunicate with business stakeholders to understand goals, frame ambiguous questions, and scope projects into well-posed modeling problems\n\nBuild and deploy production-ready models, along with monitoring outputs and drift\n\nTranslate model behavior and outputs into actionable guidance for technical and non-technical audiences across the organization \n\nContribute to team ML infrastructure, including writing and maintaining code and dbt models for Data Science metrics and features\n\nWork within our Data Science team and cross-functionally to optimize data collection, build data assets, proactively identify and close gaps, and deliver insights on business strategy, becoming a trusted analytical partner for external stakeholders\n\nWhat You Bring & How You QualifyFirst and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve. You will need:\n\n5+ years of experience, including proficiency in Python and SQL\n\nStrong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and research methods \n\nAbility to work with non-technical staff and lead presentations of findings to colleagues across the organization \n\nAbility to consistently deliver rigorous, high-quality modeling work end-to-end\n\nExperience working in a start-up or growth environment required; healthcare experience preferred \n\nExperience with Snowflake, AWS, dbt and/or Tableau \n\nWhat We Offer (Benefits + Perks)\n\nThe role offers a base salary range of $145,000 - $180,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
