We're looking for someone who can build sustainable growth loops that bring millions of users to ImagineArt without relying solely on paid acquisition.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a Growth Product Manager (Organic Social) to build and scale our organic growth engine.\nThis isn't a traditional social media management role. We aren't looking for someone to manage a content calendar.\nWe're looking for someone who understands how modern platforms distribute content, identifies emerging opportunities before they become obvious, and continuously experiments with new growth strategies.\nYou'll own the entire experimentation cycle-from identifying opportunities and launching campaigns to analyzing performance and scaling successful growth loops.\nWorking closely with Product, Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and Leadership, you'll help define how ImagineArt grows organically across the world's largest social platforms.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, launch, and optimize organic growth experiments across TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.\n\nDiscover platform trends, algorithm shifts, and distribution opportunities before they become mainstream.\n\nBuild repeatable organic growth loops across different products, audiences, and use cases.\n\nRapidly launch experiments, measure results, and decide whether to scale, iterate, or discontinue initiatives within days.\n\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Creative teams to build growth-focused initiatives.\n\nDefine success metrics and analyze performance using product analytics and social metrics.\n\nDevelop systems that improve content distribution, user acquisition, and product awareness through organic channels.\n\nContinuously test new formats, messaging, creators, and distribution strategies.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nMust-Haves\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline, or equivalent technical experience.\n\nExperience in Product Growth, Growth Marketing, Organic Social, Consumer Growth, or a similar growth-focused role.\n\nDeep understanding of how TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms distribute content.\n\nStrong experimentation mindset with a bias toward shipping quickly and learning from data.\n\nComfortable working with analytics, dashboards, spreadsheets, SQL, Python, or light scripting.\n\nAbility to connect product features with growth opportunities instead of thinking only about content.\n\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience growing AI, SaaS, or consumer technology products.\n\nExperience building creator partnerships or community-led growth programs.\n\nFamiliarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or PostHog.\n\nExperience using automation tools or AI workflows to accelerate experimentation.\n\nPersonal experience growing social channels, newsletters, communities, or digital products.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nConsistently shipping and validating growth
