In this role, you will work directly with large organizations to understand their creative needs, onboard their teams, and ensure they're getting maximum value out of ImagineArt's platform.\nThis is not a traditional design role. helping enterprise teams integrate AI-powered design into their workflows\n\nIdentify gaps between what clients need and what the product currently offers\n\nProactively troubleshoot issues and ensure clients remain engaged and successful\n\nInternal Collaboration & Feedback Loop\nDocument and communicate client pain points and feature requests to internal product and design teams\n\nCollaborate with product, growth, and creative teams to improve the enterprise client experience\n\nRepresent the voice of the client internally to help shape product direction\n\nOnboarding & Training\nOnboard enterprise teams onto ImagineArt, ensuring smooth adoption\n\nDevelop resources and workflows that help clients get up and running quickly\n\nRun training sessions and walkthroughs for client teams of varying technical ability\n\nRequirements\nExceptional English communication skills - written and verbal\n\nBackground in design, media, marketing, or a related creative field\n\nBasic proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe suite\n\nStrong interpersonal and client-facing skills\n\nAbility to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment\n\nGenuine interest in AI tools and the future of creative technology\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a client-facing role -
