Ensure accurate data entry, timely shipment coordination, organized records, and compliance with customer and company requirements.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nProcess inbound and outbound shipment paperwork, prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), and verify shipping documents and customer orders.\nEnter and update shipment information in warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and other applicable software.\nMaintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation records; file and archive documentation as required.\nCommunicate shipment status updates to customers and coordinate freight appointments, arrivals, departures, and delays with carriers.\nRespond to customer inquiries, resolve routine shipment issues, and escalate service failures as needed.\nMonitor dock schedules, freight volumes, and shipment activity to support efficient warehouse operations.\nPrepare daily inventory and shipment reports and monitor key performance metrics, including on-time shipments, freight dwell time, and dock productivity.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and damaged or missing freight with warehouse personnel;
