Oversee employee performance, workload assignments, and delivery schedules to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records, monitor warehouse productivity, and identify opportunities to improve processes and control costs.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPlan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, loading, issuing, and distributing materials, supplies, and equipment.\nSupervise, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees; assign workloads, establish priorities, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of tasks.\nCoordinate order processing, deliveries, pickups, transfers, and route scheduling to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer and internal requests.\nCommunicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding inventory availability, order status, delivery schedules, and service requirements.\nMaintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and timely entry of transactions into warehouse management systems (WMS).\nMonitor stock levels, process requisitions and replenishment requests, investigate inventory discrepancies, and ensure proper handling of returns, damaged goods, and obsolete materials.\nPrepare and maintain shipping documents, packing slips, inventory reports, operational logs, and other required records to support warehouse activities and accountability.\nEnsure efficient warehouse layout, space utilization, product organization, and storage practices to protect inventory and maximize productivity.\nEnforce warehouse safety procedures, proper material handling, housekeeping standards, and compliance with applicable regulations.\nOperate and oversee the safe use, inspection, maintenance, and servicing of forklifts, warehouse vehicles, and other equipment as required.\nIdentify and resolve operational issues, shipping errors, and service failures; implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.\nCoordinate with management and other departments on inventory audits, special projects, operational goals, and changing business needs.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nJob Skills Required:\nKnowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, distribution, and stock management procedures.\nAbility to supervise, train, and motivate employees while managing workloads and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting.\nStrong organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nKnowledge of warehouse safety regulations, material handling, space utilization, and equipment maintenance.\nAbility to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, warehouse vehicles, and other equipment, subject to required training and authorization.\nAbility to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, communicate professionally, and provide excellent customer service.\nAbility to perform essential physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving materials, in accordance with job requirements and safety procedures.\nKnowledge Required:\nPort and rail operations;
