Your role will cover many different aspects of IMC’s compliance program, requiring you to work with people across all areas of the business.\nYour Core Responsibilities: \nJoining a highly skilled and experienced team of Compliance professionals to drive IMC’s regulatory vision and compliance efforts across the region.\nPromoting IMC’s Compliance culture, awareness of regulatory developments, and best practices within the business.\nMonitoring and reviewing applicable laws, rules and regulations to identify new compliance requirements.\nCommunicating with Brokers and Exchanges in relation to trader registration, conducting reviews, and keeping up to date records. \nDeveloping, maintaining, and reviewing written policies and procedures, training presentations, and associated materials.\nConducting periodic reviews of internal compliance with policies and procedures, and reporting of the results to management.\nConducting necessary tasks for IMC’s AML procedures.\nCommunicating with regional compliance teams on global issues and projects.\nYour Skills and Experience:\n1.5 to 4 years of experience in financial markets compliance at a Trading Firm, Broker, Regulator, Exchange, or similar role.\nDegree qualified in Finance, Commerce, Business, Law, or a related discipline.\nStrong attention to detail and analytical/problem solving skills.\nStrong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.\nAbility to work both independently and in teams.\nAbility to communicate complex ideas or concepts clearly.\nWilling to learn and take responsibility for required tasks and projects.\nAbout Us\nIMC is a research-driven trading firm where quantitative modeling, machine learning, and engineering shape how modern markets are traded.
