This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys creating structure and efficiency.\nYour Core Responsibilities\nCoordinate interview scheduling and manage end-to-end logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones\nCoordinate and facilitate the smooth running of interviews at all stages of the recruitment process, both virtually and in person\nDeliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and proactive support throughout the recruitment process\nMaintain and administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records\nCollect and consolidate interview feedback to ensure it is completed, organised, and ready for use in calibration sessions and hiring discussions\nOversee offer generation, approvals, and employment contract administration in partnership with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers\nPrepare recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and support retrospective reviews to identify process improvements\nContribute to recruitment projects and initiatives focused on operational excellence, automation, and process optimisation\nProvide operational and administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle\nEnsure recruitment processes are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with internal standards and best practices\nYour Skills & Experience\nStrong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal\nConfident stakeholder coordination and communication skills across different levels of the organisation\nPassion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and providing high-quality candidate care\nComfortable working with recruitment systems, data, and reporting tools\nStrong process management mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements\nProactive, dependable, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment\nPrevious experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, talent acquisition support, or a similar administrative role is preferred\nFinancial services or trading experience a distinct plus\nFamiliarity with ATS platforms and recruitment workflows is an advantage\nAbout Us\nIMC is a research-driven trading firm where quantitative modeling, machine learning, and engineering shape how modern markets are traded.
