Leverage AI tooling to roll out and manage changes safely and support quick time-to-market for new features and updates\nDevelop automation tools to streamline operational processes, reducing overhead and enhancing efficiency\nContribute to the enhancement of trading strategies and trading infrastructure\nFacilitate essential core market connectivity and collaborate with exchanges on troubleshooting technical issues\nUse AI tools to accelerate incident investigation and root-cause analysis, driving improvements in system reliability and performance\nYour Skills and Experience: \nSelf-driven, passionate about engineering and possess a natural sense of curiosity\nTeam player with strong communication skills\nIn-depth knowledge and experience with Linux operating systems\nExperience with containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker\nStrong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, UDP, and related protocols\nStrong programming experience in Python and shell scripting\nHands-on experience using AI tools in engineering or operational workflows, such as development, troubleshooting, automation or incident analysis\nBachelors degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or Technology\nPrior experience in deploying, running, and supporting high-performance applications, as well as process monitoring and troubleshooting production-critical systems\nPrior experience with Puppet, Prometheus and Grafana is a plus but not required\nAbout Us\nIMC is a research-driven trading firm where quantitative modeling, machine learning, and engineering shape how modern markets are traded.
