The role offers a broad mix of advisory, operational, and project-driven responsibilities.\n\n📍Rotterdam (Headquarters) | Full-time | Global Scope\n\n 📄Corporate Tax | Transfer Pricing | Advisory & Projects | Listed Multinational\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\nThe ideal candidate is a motivated tax professional, looking to develop further within a listed and fast-growing company. You are technically strong, have a broad understanding of corporate income tax matters, are pragmatic, and enjoy a role where you alternate between hands-on tax work and strategic tax thinking.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\n Manage day-to-day tax affairs of subsidiaries of the IMCD Group, like analyzing new tax legislation, communication with external tax consultants, managing tax audits and inquiries, and supporting tax compliance obligations;\n\n Drive and cooperate in a wide variety of projects;\n\n Digitalization of internal tax reporting;\n\n Implementation of (international) compliance regulations in IMCD’s tax control framework;\n\n Mergers & acquisitions, acquisition structuring and integrations;\n\n Provide high quality (inter)national tax advice and support to the business;\n\n Design, implement and maintain transfer pricing policies and documentation;\n\n Actively cooperate with other (legal, finance and IT) departments;\n\n Lead relationships with external advisors, define tax technical requirements and ensure appropriate advice is provided;\n\n Review fiscal financial consolidations and calculate current tax positions and deferred tax assets and liabilities;\n\n Communicate with tax authorities and support tax controversy matters.\n\nRequired qualifications and skills\n\n A Dutch master’s degree in tax law or tax economics;\n\n Approximately 6 to 8 years relevant working experience;\n\n Broad experience with (international) corporate tax;\n\n Familiarity with tax accounting and reporting as well as transfer pricing, or willingness to develop in these fields;\n\n The proven ability and will to proactively drive tax projects;\n\n Excellent numerical and analytical skills and affinity with Excel;\n\n Eager to learn and develop as a professional and open to learn from others;\n\n You are a team player with excellent communication skills;\n\n Fluent in both in Dutch and English.\n\nIMCD offers\n\n A role at the heart of a listed
