These technologies are being explored\n\nfor future low-power and high-performance electronics using device structures\n\nranging from MOS capacitors and transistors to Hall-bar test structures. A key challenge\n\nis the efficient extraction of meaningful device parameters from the rapidly\n\ngrowing volume of measurement data. To address this, we are developing a\n\nPython-based analysis framework that automatically processes electrical\n\ncharacterization data and extracts key figures of merit such as threshold\n\nvoltage, subthreshold swing, and mobility from two-probe transistor\n\nmeasurements. Your Role The primary goal\n\nof this internship is to extend this analysis framework to support a broader\n\nrange of characterization techniques and device structures, including: \n\n Four-probe transistor\n\n measurements \n\n MOS capacitor (C-V)\n\n characterization \n\n Hall-bar measurements \n\n New measurement platforms\n\n and data formats You will develop\n\nrobust algorithms for automated parameter extraction, ensure compatibility\n\nacross different measurement tools, and help build a scalable software\n\nframework that researchers can use across multiple projects and technologies. A smaller part of\n\nthe project will involve qualifying new characterization equipment and\n\nvalidating its output against existing measurement platforms.
