This is a\n\nhighly visible leadership position combining strategic vision, technical\n\nexpertise, organizational influence, and cross-functional coordination. As 2.5D & 3D Technologies\n\nDirector, you will: Gather\n\n and consolidate the technology needs of all business lines related to 2.5D\n\n and 3D integration and packaging. Contribute\n\n actively to the technology and business strategy development of these\n\n business lines. Define\n\n and maintain a roadmap that meets business objectives while balancing\n\n resource availability and organizational capabilities. Drive\n\n roadmap execution by coordinating activities across the relevant technical\n\n groups and expertise centers. Represent\n\n the organization’s 2.5D and 3D expertise in discussions with internal and\n\n external stakeholders and support the development of new business\n\n opportunities. Initiate\n\n and shape projects that bridge strategic technology gaps and create\n\n synergies across programs. Work\n\n closely with project leaders, managers, and experts to ensure successful\n\n delivery of roadmap milestones. Identify\n\n organizational, technical, or resource gaps that may jeopardize roadmap\n\n execution and lead escalation activities when needed. You have a proven track record of leadership,\n\n including at least 5 years of experience leading large teams, complex\n\n programs, or major technology initiatives. You are passionate about emerging technologies\n\n and motivated by the opportunity to shape their future. You possess deep technical expertise in\n\n advanced packaging, 2.5D integration, and 3D integration technologies.
