Introduction The Development Lead Manager is responsible for driving growth through new franchise business acquisition, franchise lead generation, property sourcing and site evaluation, lease negotiations, and the coordination of new store openings and existing-store refurbishments. The role supports expansion of the brand across KwaZulu-Natal and other agreed markets. Duties & Responsibilities Identify, research, and develop new franchisee prospects and business acquisition opportunities Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of franchise leads, follow up on enquiries, and support prospects through the franchise acquisition process. Develop relationships with prospective franchisees, commercial property owners, landlords, brokers, developers, and other relevant stakeholders. Source, assess, and recommend potential sites based on location suitability, foot traffic, accessibility, market opportunity, and commercial viability. Coordinate site assessments and work with internal decision-makers and prospective franchisees to progress suitable locations.
