Summary: The Camp Sales Coordinator will be responsible for building relationships with clients and selling the different camp offerings at IMG Academy.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nProspect potential camp customers through daily phone calls, email or other outreach strategies (typically 50 phone calls per day)\nProspecting focused on leads that that have expressed interest in IMG Academy offerings.\nLead lists to be provided that primarily consist of customers that have opted-in for IMG info via 3rd party partner websites and/or have expressed interest through engagement on IMGA website and email campaigns\nDemonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of camp program\nMaintain an accurate pipeline of prospective business and enrolled business\nProperly and effectively use the necessary CRM software to track pipeline, sales, scheduled follow-ups and record of pertinent notes for each customer\nEducate customers about terminology, features and benefits of camp programs\nHost prospective customers while on campus to learn about our Camp programs\nProvide support and cover for other advisors including tours with prospective families, teams, groups and at times language translations\nMaintain a thorough knowledge of IMG Academy campus\nDetermine customer needs and expectations while making expert recommendations to maximize the customer’s experience\nManage time effectively, meeting personal and company goals and working effectively with other members of the advisor team\nAttend regular Sport Advisor team meetings and supporting peers, as needed\nMaintain close relationship with related departments on campus to ensure proper client transition from sale to participation\nDesire to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast paced office environment\nAdhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications:\nMarketing, Sports Marketing, Sports Management or related business majors \n1-3 years relevant experience. 1 year minimum sales experience. \nGeneral knowledge of sports and athletics\nExperience with high-volume cold calling, following up on leads and generating pipelines\nExperience with MS Office\nDesire to work collaboratively with colleagues\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAttention to detail\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBilingual.\n\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nAbility to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required\n\nBackground
