The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to help create seamless customer experiences.\nPosition Responsibilities\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional customer experience initiatives.\nAssist with project management activities, including maintaining timelines, tracking action items, coordinating meetings, and following up with stakeholders to ensure progress.\nTake ownership of smaller projects and improvement initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders and driving deliverables through completion.\nSupport customer journey design workshops by coordinating sessions, capturing ideas, and translating outcomes into actionable next steps.\nReview student-athlete, camper and parent feedback to identify key themes, trends, and opportunities for improvement, helping translate insights into actionable recommendations.\nAssist in reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements that enhance consistency and effectiveness.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, process documentation, customer journey maps, presentations, and other resources that support operational alignment.\nCoordinate onboarding and customer-facing video content, including organizing content needs, collaborating with stakeholders, and tracking timelines.\nSupport the planning and execution of campus initiatives, events, and programs that enhance the overall customer experience.\nAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nCoursework and/or strong interest in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality, Operations, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to collaborate across departments while independently managing assigned tasks and smaller projects.\nProactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative to support team goals.\nStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, including the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable insights.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nAdaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nInterest in customer experience, sports, education, or
