Through innovative teaching, effective assessment, and strong communication, the Teacher ensures students are prepared to win their future - in school and beyond. \nKey Responsibilities: \nCreate a safe, inclusive, and engaging educational environment where student-athletes are encouraged to achieve their holistic potential. \nDesign, implement, and adapt instructional activities that align with curriculum standards and foster active, meaningful student learning. \nDevelop, administer, and analyze assessments to monitor student progress, inform instruction, and ensure continuous growth toward learning objectives. \nDifferentiate instruction by identifying, selecting, and modifying resources to meet the needs of student-athletes with diverse backgrounds, learning styles, and abilities. \nEstablish and maintain a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, responsibility, and self-discipline in accordance with school policies. \nMaintain accurate and timely records, including grades, attendance, and other documentation required by laws, accreditation standards, and school regulations. \nCommunicate consistently and effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding student progress, needs, and achievements. \nIntegrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance instruction and student engagement. \nCollaborate with colleagues and participate in professional learning opportunities to support school initiatives and ongoing professional growth. \nModel high standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all interactions with students, families, and the community. \nSupport school events, extracurricular activities, and other duties that contribute to a positive school community. \nAdhere to all school policies, procedures, and professional codes of conduct. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \nQualifications: \nBachelor’s Degree in relevant subject area \nStrong classroom management skills required \nHighly organized;
