ensure continuous growth toward learning objectives.\nDifferentiate instruction by identifying, selecting, and modifying resources to meet the needs of student-athletes with diverse backgrounds, learning styles, and abilities.\nEstablish and maintain a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, responsibility, and self-discipline in accordance with school policies.\nMaintain accurate and timely records, including grades, attendance, and other documentation required by laws, accreditation standards, and school regulations.\nCommunicate consistently and effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding student progress, needs, and achievements.\nIntegrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance instruction and student engagement.\nCollaborate with colleagues and participate in professional learning opportunities to support school initiatives and ongoing professional growth.\nModel high standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all interactions with students, families, and the community.\nAdhere to all school policies, procedures, and professional codes of conduct.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area.\nDemonstrated ability to design and deliver effective lessons aligned with curriculum standards.\nStrong classroom management skills and ability to foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.\nHighly organized, adaptable, and able to quickly integrate into existing instructional plans and school culture.\nEffective communication skills for working with students, faculty, and parents.\nProficiency with educational technology and digital learning tools.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in a relevant subject area.\nPrior teaching experience at the middle and/or high school level, either full time or in a substitute/temporary capacity.\nExperience supporting diverse learners and differentiating instruction.\nFamiliarity with boarding or independent school settings.\nBilingual or multilingual proficiency.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nAbility to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.\nShould be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.\nMust be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields,
