TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency; and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.\nIMG’s Technology team is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to support the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and delivery pipelines across our digital and broadcast platforms.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in enabling continuous delivery, improving system reliability, and supporting high-profile clients and live event services, ensuring optimal performance and resilience across all environments.\nKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure to support production and development environments.\nImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient, reliable software delivery across multiple teams.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.\nMonitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.\nEnsure high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place and tested regularly.\nCollaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system performance.\nAct as a point of escalation for production incidents, providing rapid troubleshooting and resolution.\nImplement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure, pipelines, and applications.\nOptimise system performance and cost-efficiency across cloud environments.\nDocument infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures clearly and consistently.\nContinuously identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.\nSupport live and critical event operations where system uptime and responsiveness are essential.\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring visibility of issues, risks, and improvements.\nKnowledge and Experience\nProven experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar role.\nStrong knowledge of all Operating systems, such as Linux distributions.\nStrong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nExperience with containerisation and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps/Bitbucket.\nStrong scripting skills in Python, Bash, Ansible, or similar.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.\nFamiliarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.\nUnderstanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles.\nExperience working in high-availability or live production environments is highly desirable.\nKnowledge of version control systems such as Git.\nA technical and/or engineering background with a strong interest in automation and cloud technologies.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in critical situations.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to manage priorities across multiple projects and environments.\nProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.\nWorking Conditions\nThis role is based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge, with hybrid working options where applicable.\nYou may be required to work unsociable hours, including occasional weekends or on-call rotations, to support live operations and critical systems.\nOccasional travel may be required depending on project and client needs.\nTKO EEO Statement\nTKO is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination in employment.
