Due to the nature of the role, some travelling maybe necessary to support your team.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership & Team Management\nLead, manage, and mentor a team Event Engineers, promote a culture of high performance, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer focus.\nOversee the day-to-day running of an event team.\nDevelop and implement staffing models, training programmes, and performance management processes to ensure the event team has the necessary skills and resources available to them.\nOversee the full employee lifecycle within the event team, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.\nManage annual leave and sickness.\nPre-Event Staging & Scheduling\nManaging event schedule to ensure team members are aware of their travel throughout the calendar year.\nReviewing and supporting documentation that may accompany engineers travel.\nManaging teams expenses and ensuring it adheres to company policies.\nEnsuring team members are aware of Crisis24 safe travel policies.\nMaintaining accurate event schedules in Cingularitys asset system (Flex) to ensure event projects and equipment are tracked.\nEnsuring team members complete their training can develope their skills\nManage schedule of Cingularitys mobile Vehicle(s) to ensure vehicle maintenance can be completed where necessary.\nProcess Optimisation & Documentation:\nContinuously review, refine, and document event workflows, processes, and procedures to maximise efficiency, minimise errors, and enhance the customer experience.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive service documentation on all aspects of global travel and event deployment.\nEnsure the change management process for all event related network and system modifications is followed.\nEssential Skills and Qualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within broadcast environment.\nUnderstanding of broadcast workflows, including video and audio encoding, transmission technologies.\nDemonstrable leadership skills, including strategic thinking, delegation, performance management, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.\nExcellent incident management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.\nExceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.\nExperience with developing and implementing operational processes and documentation.\nProficiency with Office 365 or G-Suite, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.\nFlexibility to work unsociable hours to support teams on live events.\nAdvantageous:\nFamiliarity with Net Insight technology, particularly the MSR platform.\nKnowledge of baseband video (SD-SDI,HD-SDI,UHD), audio, video routers and multiviewers.\nKnowledge of optical fibre-based technologies with the experience of deployments.\nUnderstanding of MPEG encoding/decoding (AVC/HEVC) and JPEG2000/JPEG XS.\nUnderstanding of MAC OS, Microsoft Windows and Office 365 with working knowledge of Excel or Google\nSheets.\nFull Driving Licence.\nSoft Skills\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are essential.\nProven record of providing exceptional customer experience.\nExcellent attention to detail and the ability to remain focused under pressure.\nProven analytical and problem-solving skills.\nIn addition, success at IMG is driven by four core competencies that apply to all employees:\nBusiness Acumen - Understanding financial drivers, interpreting business data, aligning decisions to strategic outcomes\nOperational Excellence - Driving efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement in delivery & operations\nInnovation Mindset - Cultivating curiosity, experimentation, and forward-looking capability development\nLeadership & Collaboration - Inspiring others, building trust, and enabling collaboration acr\n\n TKO EEO Statement:\nTKO is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination in employment.
