TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency; and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join IMG as a Production Coordinator, where you’ll be at the center of a fast-paced, high-profile sports production, driving planning, logistics, and shoots alongside a seasoned production team.\nIf you’re organized, proactive, and excited by sports, this is your chance to be part of something truly special.\nKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nProvide key production coordination support across the production, working closely with the Production Management team to ensure the smooth running of the production in the office, remote hub, and onsite.\n\nOrganize shoots and onsite bookings, including arranging clearances, film permits, and associated logistical planning such as transport, accommodation, and catering.\n\nBook and coordinate crew, including onboarding, scheduling, and creating Work Orders via the payment portal.\n\nLiaise with third-party suppliers and process invoices as required.\n\nLiaise with internal departments (including Legal, HR, Finance, and Immigration) to assist with securing visas and work permits when required.\n\nCreate and distribute detailed call sheets and risk assessments, acting as a key point of contact for crew.\n\nTrack costs on a daily basis, working closely with the Accounts Assistant to monitor spend, process invoices, and raise purchase orders.\n\nTroubleshoot and respond to ad-hoc production queries and duties in conjunction with the Production Manager.\n\nComplete post-production paperwork, including music cue sheets, PAPs, and archive and music clearances where applicable.\n\nMaintain effective working relationships with internal facility providers and external suppliers.\n\nAssist with the creation and distribution of production documentation, including call sheets and studio information.\n\nChampion IMG’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and actively support the organization's mental health programs.\n\nAssist in implementing all health and safety procedures, including risk assessments.\n\nWork closely with colleagues across pre-production, production, and post-production to support IMG’s GreenToScreen sustainability goals and reduce the production’s carbon footprint wherever possible.\n\nCarry out other duties within the scope and purpose of the role as required.\n\nSkills and Abilities\nPositive, professional, and proactive approach to work.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.\n\nA collaborative team player with clear and confident communication skills.\n\nAbility to plan, prioritize, and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nCalm, resilient, and solutions-focused under pressure.\n\nAble to work independently with initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team.\n\nComputer literate with experience using a range of project management and production tools.\n\nKnowledge and Experience\nProven experience in a Production Coordinator role, ideally with international experience across a range of projects, including live OBs and/or remote production operations.\n\nStrong ability to support cost management of production budgets, working closely with Production Managers and Finance teams.\n\nKnowledge of production and post-production technologies and workflows.\n\nUnderstanding and practical experience of archive and music clearance processes.\n\nKnowledge of production insurance and health and safety requirements.\n\nExperience working directly with clients and on-screen talent.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational capability.\n\nConfidence in managing large crew teams during pre-production and event time.\n\nExperience working with international teams and stakeholders where English is not a first language (essential).\n\nMulti-language skills (desirable).\n\nWorking Conditions\nThe work location is Stamford, CT\n\nThis is a fixed term contract until August 2027\n\nSome international travel may be required\n\n TKO EEO Statement:\nTKO is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination in employment.
