TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency; and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.\n\nIMG are looking for an experienced Production Manager to provide administrative and general support to the Saudi Pro League Production Team based in Riyadh, as well as working across other IMG productions based in the region when required.\nThis is a senior management role with key responsibilities, accountabilities and direct line management of supporting roles. The Production Manager will work closely with senior members of the team, including the Head of Production, Production Executive, Executive Producer and Senior Producers.\nAs this role requires working within a Sports Broadcast environment, you must be able to work unsociable hours and weekends where necessary.\nKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nManaging day-to-day production logistics for a number of matches, ensuring they are produced efficiently, on budget and adhere to compliance and H&S guidelines.\nMain point of contact for other ad hoc productions - Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.\nManage programme budgets, cost reports, forecasts and prepare a quarterly finance report for Production executive & Production accountant.\nIn conjunction with the Production Executive and Senior Producers work on the schedule, planning for SPL departments, ensuring that staffing needs of all programmes are met.\nWork with internal departments (e.g. legal, HR, finance, immigration) to ensure all staffing, suppliers and freelancers have secured all necessary visas and work permits, as required.\nDevelop an effective relationship with external facility providers and suppliers, ensuring regular communication, and able to troubleshoot issues and potential delays.\nResponsible for the dissemination of production reports; including knowing what the information means, gaps that require discussion and trends that appear.\nAttend meetings with Executive Producer, Production Executive, Producers and Directors, to ensure that the schedule is moving forward and/or specific issues are addressed and/or escalated.\nRun production meetings to ensure clear communication, dissemination of information, acknowledge accomplishments and discuss challenges.\nAdvise the Production Executive/Head of Production of any potential problems or issues, particularly those impacting schedule and budget, and come prepared with proposed solutions\nProvide mentorship and opportunities for growth for production staff, including delegating targeted tasks and empowering production staff to take on additional responsibilities if required.\nActive management of a team of Production Co-ordinators and Assistants\nBe transparent regarding pertinent issues and concerns with staff and freelancers and show leadership.\nWhen relevant and appropriate, convey departmental initiatives to staff and freelance crew.\nWork to establish new processes, procedures and methods that improve production systems and outcomes and overall workflow\nSupport producers’ day-to-day or shoot-specific operational demands as directed ensuring Risk Assessments are properly created and adhered to.\nIn conjunction with the Production Executive, Executive Producer and Technical Manager ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to and appropriate plans and paperwork are in place.\nEnsure all freelancers are contracted correctly as per local and relevant guidelines.\nKnowledge and Experience\nPrevious experience in a similar role.\nExperience of dealing with broadcasters, stakeholders and a range of personnel.\nSome knowledge of responsibilities in relation to rights and clearances, production work flows, insurance and health and safety.\nAbility to produce a production budget.\nGood Microsoft Excel skills.\nOrganized, efficient, and resilient - oversee and prioritize multiple projects.\nStrong communication skills - verbal and written.\nExperience managing junior members of the admin team.\nAn understanding of UK or international TV industries\nAbility to work without direct supervision.\nGood client liaison skills.\nHealth & Safety Production Training.\nDesirable (not essential)\nFluency in Arabic is highly advantageous, but not essential.\nIn addition, success at IMG is driven by four core competencies that apply to all employees:\nBusiness Acumen - Understanding financial drivers, interpreting business data, aligning decisions to strategic outcomes\nOperational Excellence - Driving efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement in delivery & operations\nInnovation Mindset - Cultivating curiosity, experimentation, and forward-looking capability development\nLeadership & Collaboration - Inspiring others, building trust, and enabling collaboration across teams\nWorking Conditions\nThis is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract role.\nThis role is based at our office in Riyadh \nMay be required to attend (and travel to) location, other IMG buildings and stadiums. \nUnsocial hours, dictated as and when by the demands of the production schedule \n\n TKO EEO Statement:\nTKO is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination in employment.
