TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency; and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.\n\nIMG is seeking a Runner to play a key part in maintaining business continuity by supporting production areas, clients, and internal teams across the organisation.\nApplications will close on Wednesday 30th September at 11.59pm UK Time.\nKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nThe Runner will work as part of a team of Runners servicing the client areas by;\nVisiting each suite on an hourly basis to offer refreshments to the people working there;\n\nChecking/Visiting Operational areas regularly i.e. MSA, MCR.\n\nTaking receipt of stock deliveries, checking stock against delivery notes;\n\nEnsuring all areas of IMG Studios are kept clean and tidy and reporting any problems to the Operations Delivery Team.\n\nReporting any faults with fixtures or furnishings to Office Admin.\n\nClearing edit suites at the end of each booking, preparing areas for the following day\n\nCarrying out general tasks to assist productions as required by any staff member or client;\n\nAnswering phones and responding to clients’ requests promptly;\n\nThe Runner will be aware of, and comply with, the company’s Health and Safety policies and procedures;\n\nThe runner will maintain an excellent working relationship with clients, freelance operators and staff and maintain a helpful, professional, and friendly attitude at all times.
