Discovery and ATP Media, where we are trusted to carry the live TV signals destined for their global TV audiences.\nIMG Media acquired Cingularity in September 2022 to provide the expertise to guide IMG’s remote production evolution toward a hybrid model of fibre, satellite, cloud and IP.\nThe Role\nCingularity is seeking an operational Technical Project Manager with a telecommunication or broadcast background to join its team and help pave the way for our development and expansion over the coming years.\nYou will play a crucial part in Cingularity’s development, ensuring projects are delivered on time while actively involved in service delivery, logistics, procurement, pricing, and resource management. You will aid company growth and utilise your knowledge to shape workflows and processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management and Service Delivery\nManage Service Delivery of customer solutions, including engagement with suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met for upcoming events, and permanently deploying solutions.\n\nCoordinate the delivery of Telecommunication connectivity from order to handoff.\n\nCoordinate logistics for upcoming events.\n\nCoordinate quotations and ordering. This includes negotiating with suppliers, obtaining detailed quotations and invoices, inputting data and managing costs.\n\nProject Management of key projects from initiation to completion, interpreting project requirements, ensuring they’re executed accurately and within the agreed timescales.\n\nCollaborating with colleagues, stakeholders, customers, and suppliers. Managing the successful delivery of internal and external projects, ensuring that schedules are optimal and maximising the time available while minimising project risk.\n\nProactively identify and highlight potential project risks to the management team, including capacity, resource issues and external factors.\n\nMonitoring projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress/quality, managing issue resolution, and leading activities required to maintain and complete all project documentation.\n\nKnowledge and Experience\nExperience and knowledge in Project Management and Service Delivery for either Telecommunications or Sports Broadcast environments.\n\nExpert in Office 365 or G-Suite, with excellent working Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.\n\nKnowledge of Broadcast environments and workflows, including experience working with satellite and broadcast operators.\n\nExperience with modern project management applications such as ClickUp, Monday, Wrike and Asana.\n\nFamiliar with Telecommunications Products and Technologies.
