financial issues.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Reporting\nOversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards.\nEnsure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.\nDevelop and maintain key financial metrics and subledger details to track business performance and communicate results effectively.\nBusiness Excellence\nOversee Thailand office administration, capital expenditure (CapEx), and formal communications with government agencies and statutory bodies.\nEnsure timely completion of all finance-related deliverables, including budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax filings, company secretarial matters, and bank administration.\nReview, approve, and provide strategic guidance on finance-related matters for the Thailand Finance team.\nEnsure compliance with corporate policies and local statutory requirements.\nDrive internal controls, compliance initiatives, process improvements, simplification, and automation.\nLead and support external audit processes and liaise regularly with auditors.\nCoordinate tax compliance activities with external tax advisors.\nDevelop and implement financial policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulatory requirements.\nBusiness Insights & Partnering\nPartner closely with commercial and operational teams to provide financial insights against budgets and forecasts.\nCollaborate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams, providing financial support and guidance on corporate policies.\nSupport sustainable business growth through:Business intelligence and financial analysis\nCustomer credit assessments\nVendor risk evaluations\n\nPersonal Leadership\nLeverage financial insights to provide strong guidance and leadership to cross-functional business teams. \nCoach, mentor, and support the development of Finance team members.\nFoster a collaborative, high-performance working environment.\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.\nMinimum 6 years of relevant experience within multinational corporations (MNCs) and external audit environments.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.\nExcellent planning and organizational abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines independently.\nHighly analytical with the agility to adapt in a fast-changing business environment.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.\nExperience with Sage 300 and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is highly advantageous.\nStrong business partnering
