integration, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 7-10 years of experience in process design, manufacturing engineering, or industrial engineering within a production environment.\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.\nStrong expertise in machine design, including proficiency in 3D CAD/CAM tools, material selection, and standard component selection.\nHands-on experience in PLC programming, pneumatic system design, and industrial automation technologies.\nPractical knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and data analysis tools such as Minitab and Excel.\nExperience with assembly line design, process scale-up, MES integration, and manufacturing best practices.\nWorking knowledge of molding, coil winding, and assembly manufacturing processes.\nFamiliarity with automotive quality standards, manufacturing safety requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Experience\nAutomotive, industrial manufacturing, electromechanical, or precision engineering environments.\nHigh-volume assembly and automated production lines.\nContinuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence
