You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu development, food purchasing and inventory management, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, training, and team development.\nIn this leadership role, you will be responsible for designing creative and engaging dining offerings, including daily featured selections, monthly fine-dining menus, holiday meals, and a monthly five-course tasting experience.
