The responsibilities of this job include planning, developing, marketing, and implementing events, programs, and activities. Provides support and training to staff involved in dementia-specific programming.\nSkills & Requirements\nOne (1) year of post-high school education is required.\nOne (1) year of experience working with individuals with dementia or memory related challenges is required.\nOne (1) year of experience facilitating or implementing activities in Sr. Living or related experience is required.\nPrevious experience training team members or groups of individuals.\nEquivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.\nA valid driver’s license is required.\nImmanuel\nAt Immanuel, we believe that our success is built on the collective strength of our people.
