IMMEC Inc, is a drug-free workplace.\nJob Type: Full-time\nResponsibilities\nOversee and manage all phases of electrical projects from initiation to completion.\nDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.\nCoordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.\nLead project meetings and provide regular updates on project status to all stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency and productivity.\nConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.\nPrepare and review technical documentation, reports, and proposals related to the project. \nMonitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans and resources as needed to maintain project timelines and deliverables.\nCollaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of necessary materials and equipment.\nResolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.\nEnsure quality control and quality assurance processes are in place and adhered to throughout the project.\nMentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.\nManage project financials, including invoicing, payments, and cost control, to ensure project profitability.\nConduct project close-out procedures, including final inspections and documentation.\nProvide leadership for superintendents, foremen, crews, subcontractors, and consult with customers about projects, project tasks, and project scopes. \nDevelop detailed bids for projects and develop project scopes/schedules. \nManage multiple project sites to ensure budgets and time frames are met and within scope. Ensures that each project is performed with accuracy, cleanliness, timeliness, and with safety at the forefront.\nAll other duties assigned.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field is a plus.\nClass II unrestricted electrical license in good standing with State of Georgia. License in other southeastern states is a plus. \nMinimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management\nIndustrial Electrical Experience is required\nProven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards \nProficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills\nStrong leadership and team management abilities\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills \nAbility to analyze and solve complex problems \nExperience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting\nFamiliarity with contract management and negotiations\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines \nCommitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations\nPMP certification or equivalent is a plus.\nWillingness to travel to project sites as required\nSafety:\nKnow and understand OSHA and IMMEC Safety Policies and Procedures\nHold OSHA 10, OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications\nConduct initial jobsite safety/job hazard assessments, mobilization plan and periodic safety inspections/audits.\nReview safe work plans and job hazard assessments with the crew.\nParticipate in safety and incident investigations.\nBe a Leader of Safety Culture - support Safety Committee participation and ensure safety is never compromised.\nWork with Safety Manager to develop site specific safety plans.\nLeadership:\nSet and maintain work standards and behavioral expectations - promote high morale, productivity, and professional development.\nLead by example with respect, good work ethic, honesty and integrity with team members, sub-contractors, and clients.\nGood communication skills to lead, motivate, train, and assign appropriate tasks to team members.\nPlan your work and work your plan - be sure to prioritize tasks to meet quality, specifications, and schedule requirements.\nAdministration:\nReview and maintain project documentation including but not limited to - drawings, specifications, submittals, budgets, invoicing, and change order tracking.\nCustomer relations -
