Contract Administrator

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance and Commercial Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting the administration of sales contracts and commercial processes across our global business.

You will work closely with Business Development, Finance, Product Management and Customer Support teams to ensure contracts are progressed efficiently, compliance requirements are met, and commercial records remain accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and coordinate execution of customer contracts, acceptance letters and commercial correspondence.
• Monitor contract status and approvals through CRM System and internal workflows.
• Prepare and release Customer Order Information documentation.
• Maintain contract registers and databases.
• Conduct standard company, ownership, credit and compliance checks, including export sanctions screening.
• Support insurance administration, including Certificates of Currency and claims documentation.
• Maintain contract review records, approvals and exception registers.
• Assist with vendor portal registrations, document templates and general commercial administration.
• Support process improvement, automation and AI-driven initiatives within the Commercial Services function.

About You

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Relevant business, legal, commercial or administration qualifications.
• Previous experience in contract administration, commercial administration or a similar role 5 years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Professional approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exposure to CRM, ERP systems or document management systems.
