Immigify is building intelligent infrastructure for immigration, connecting employers, immigration professionals, and individuals through AI-powered workflows and coordinated technology.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our Technical Product Manager and report directly to the CTO.
Role Overview:
We are hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team across frontend, backend, AI/ML, DevOps, and platform infrastructure
The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Immigify's software applications, APIs, backend services, and AI-enabled solutions. In your capacity, you will help turn ideas into reliable, scalable products while improving engineering standards, system performance, and the overall user experience.
We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, takes ownership of their work, shares knowledge with others, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Immigify’s engineers
• Own engineering execution, architecture, and release quality
• Partner with the TPM to turn product requirements into technical plans
• Review technical decisions, architecture, and code when needed
• Improve engineering standards, testing, reliability, and documentation
• Lead AI/LLM architecture, agent workflows, RAG, and model integration
• Own DevOps practices, CI/CD, monitoring, cloud infrastructure, and production reliability
• Support technical hiring and engineer development
• Help strengthen security, scalability, and data protection
What we are looking for:
Candidates will be well suited to this role if they have:
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Engineering management or technical leadership experience
• Strong Python/backend and modern frontend knowledge
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs, agents, RAG, LangChain or LangGraph
• Strong DevOps and cloud experience
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, APIs, databases, and cloud security
• Strong system design and architecture skills
• Ability to manage engineers while still going deep technically
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
