reliability of our Salesforce environment.\nWe are looking for someone who goes beyond simply implementing requests, a professional who understands Salesforce as an interconnected system, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, and actively leverages AI to automate processes, improve productivity, and develop effective technical solutions.\nWhat you will do\nMaintain, develop, and optimize our Salesforce environment, ensuring its reliability, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability.\n\nTake ownership of Salesforce architecture, evaluating how proposed changes affect existing automations, integrations, data structures, and business processes.\n\nDesign, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce Flows and other automations to streamline operations and reduce manual work.\n\nActively leverage AI tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, troubleshoot issues, prepare documentation, and improve the quality and efficiency of technical solutions.\n\nCollaborate with different departments to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and recommend effective solutions rather than simply implementing requests as submitted.\n\nProactively identify opportunities to improve business processes, eliminate duplicate functionality, reduce technical debt, and enhance data quality.\n\nManage Salesforce configurations, user access, permissions, integrations, and reporting, ensuring the system supports day-to-day business operations.\n\nInvestigate and resolve technical issues, assess potential risks and dependencies, and ensure changes are properly tested before deployment.\n\nMaintain clear documentation of system architecture, automations, business logic, and key technical decisions.\n\nPrioritize and manage tasks systematically, balancing business needs, technical complexity, and long-term system stability.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nAt least 2-3 years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce, ideally in a complex business environment.\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data structures, security models, user access management, and system configuration.\n\nPractical experience designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce Flows, including complex automations.\n\nHands-on experience using AI tools to automate tasks, develop and debug solutions, analyze requirements, prepare documentation, and improve productivity.\n\nUnderstanding of automation execution order, system dependencies, platform limitations, scalability, and technical debt management.\n\nExperience working with Salesforce integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.\n\nAbility to evaluate the broader impact of system changes, identify potential risks, and propose alternative solutions when necessary.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to prioritization, testing, and implementation.\n\nProactive and independent mindset, with the confidence to challenge decisions constructively when they may negatively affect the system.\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts, risks, and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nLanguage requirements: Good knowledge of both English and Russian with ability to fully communicate in both.\n\nNice to have\nSalesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Developer.\n\nExperience working with SOQL/SOSL and relational data structures.\n\nExperience modernizing legacy Salesforce automations.\n\nExperience integrating Salesforce with telephony, messaging platforms, document management systems, financial tools, or
