You will support meeting cadence, project trackers, action item follow through, and project timelines in Smartsheet, partnering across Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Design to make sure every task has an owner, a date, and a place it lives.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone early in their PM career who wants ownership fast. Project management for our team means being a Swiss Army knife: the scope shifts with what the business needs, and no two weeks look the same. If you like autonomy, moving fast, and being trusted to figure things out, you’ll have a lot of room to make this role your own. You will start by supporting active projects, then take on more ownership as you build fluency with our products and processes, including product revisions & new product development launches. Beyond execution, you will help find efficiencies, strengthen communication between departments, and improve how the team runs projects.\nRequirements\nPosition Responsibilities:\nSupport the weekly meeting cadence for the operations and supply chain team: agendas, invites, notes, action items, and recap distribution\nMaintain and update Smartsheet project plans, dashboards, and trackers for new product launches, product revisions, and other operations projects\nSupport co-manufacturer onboarding and transitions, including documentation, timeline tracking, and cross-functional follow-up\nTrack action items to close across cross-functional owners and follow up until they're resolved\nFlag timeline risks, dependencies, and blockers early rather than after they slip\nMove recurring processes and data out of Slack and into Smartsheet for structure and visibility\nSupport launch execution alongside co-manufacturers, packaging vendors, and internal partners\nKeep project documentation, SOPs, and trackers current and accurate\nPartner with the Operations & Product Project Manager to build and improve project management processes, find efficiencies, and strengthen communication across departments\nBasic Qualifications:\n2+ years in project coordination, operations, or supply chain (project management experience preferred)\nHands-on Smartsheet experience: building sheets and reports\nFluency in Slack and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)\nStrong written communication with an operational bias: dates, owners, SKUs, and next steps embedded every time\nDetail-oriented and able to hold multiple workstreams at once without losing threads\nComfortable following up with senior stakeholders and vendors to get answers\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in food or dietary supplements\nFamiliarity with NetSuite or a comparable ERP\nExposure to co-manufacturers, packaging/raw material vendors, POs, or artwork approval workflows (Filestage or similar)\nExperience supporting a product launch from kickoff to shelf\nComfort building simple reporting and dashboards for different audiences\nExperience coordinating across time
