We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.\nAbout the role:\nWe are seeking a Clinical Project Manager to support the sourcing, handling, and management of biological samples and associated clinical metadata from academic collaborators, commercial biobanks, and clinical research centers. This role involves coordinating with suppliers (hospitals/research institutes/biotech companies), regulatory bodies, and internal teams to secure the necessary biological materials for research and development.\nThe CPM will play a key role in translating internal research needs into actionable collaborations, managing projects end-to-end from feasibility through sample delivery and data return to collaborators.\nThis role sits within the Cohort Acquisition Team within the Data group and reports to the Senior Clinical Project Manager.\nLocation: Ramat Gan, Israel (hybrid model)\nWhat will you do?\nManage multiple sample acquisition projects, from initiation through delivery.\nOversee handoff and tracking of samples through internal processing pipelines.\nTrack milestones, risks, and dependencies across internal and external stakeholders.\nWork closely with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on sample availability, quality, and timelines.\nAlign expectations across teams and ensure smooth communication.\nSupport identification and evaluation of potential sources (academic centers, biobanks, CROs) and sample cohorts (cohort availability, sample types, clinical annotations, timelines).\nServe as a day-to-day point of contact for collaborators.\nTrack and resolve operational issues (delays, quality concerns, missing data).\nMaintain clear documentation of project scope, status, and outputs.\nMaintain and leverage a database of existing collaborations.\nEnforcing quality standards, including complying with Immunai’s internal standards\nRequirements\nRequired qualifications:\nBachelor degree in relevant Life Sciences domain - Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, or Health Sciences - a must\n1-3 years experience in clinical research, clinical operations, or project management - a must\nGCP certificate - an advantage\nUnderstanding of applicable regulations and practices in clinical trials (such as consent and IRB) and data privacy, (such as,HIPAA, GDPR) and other standards related to biological sample procurement and conducting of observational clinical studies - an advantage \nExcellent organizational and communication skills to handle complex sample procurement processes and vendor relationships\nStrong attention to detail and quality\nProactive problem-solving and ownership mindset\nProject management certification - an advantage\nFluent English - a must\nDesired personal traits:\nYou want to make an impact on humankind\nYou prioritize “We” over “I”\nYou enjoy getting things done and striving for excellence\nYou collaborate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures\nYou have a growth mindset\nYou are candid, authentic, and transparent\nWhen you apply for a role at Immunai, we process your personal data (such as CV, contact details, and professional background) to assess your suitability for current and future roles.
