In this role, you will be instrumental in driving healthcare transformation through innovative cloud software solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.\nResponsibilities\nSupport team members in ERP implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and documentation.\n\nParticipate in discovery sessions to observe and understand client business processes.\n\nAssist with data-related tasks such as mapping, cleansing, and validation under guidance.\n\nHelp prepare training materials and documentation for system users.\n\nShadow consultants during client meetings and project planning sessions.\n\nLearn ERP system functionality (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and industry best practices.\n\nContribute to internal initiatives and team collaboration efforts.\n\nQualificationsEducation and Experience\nAnticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general)\n\nExpected Graduation May 2028\n\nSkills and Competencies\nMotivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology improvement projects.\n\nCollaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions.\n\nPrioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level.\n\nFocused on client success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing.\n\nAdditional Information\nAbility to travel 20% of the time\n\nAvailable for 10-week Summer 2027 internship (June through August)\n\nAt Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices.
